Olsen mansion

Pacific Heights

This mansion built in 1915 for Captain F. Olsen to designs by architect C. O. Clausen appears in Where Love Has Gone (1964), The Towering Inferno (1974), and The Pleasure of His Company (1961). The garden scene in The Pleasure Of His Company was a set modeled two blocks away at the Lyon Street steps because the rear facade lacks space for such a garden.
Chalmers meets Bullitt here for the first time in Bullitt (1968).
