J. P. Kempt is an old-time barbershop, the kind that's really a social club with grooming. The owner, Shorty Maniace, installed a wall of rubber ducks next to it because a) he's a really cool guy and b) he got sick of removing graffiti. It's a really fun wall — check it out.
